Product Description:
Rybelsus is indicated for the treatment of adults (18 years or older) with type 2 diabetes mellitus to improve blood glucose control as an adjunct to diet and exercise
RYBELSUS® is an oral pill that works similar to a natural hormone called GLP-1, which is released from the body after eating.
It helps your body reduce your blood sugar level when it is too high and helps you reduce weight.
Rybelsus is available in three doses.
3 mg - 30 tablets - Green pack.
7 mg - 30 tablets - Red pack.
14 mg - 30 tablets - Blue pack.
How to use:
Rybelsus is a tablet for once daily use
This medicinal product should be taken on an empty stomach at any time of the day. (Ideally upon walking up directly in the morning)
It should be swallowed whole with a sip of water (up to half a glass of water). Tablets should not be split, crushed, or chewed, as it is not known whether this impacts the absorption of Rybelsus.
Patients should wait at least 30 minutes before eating or drinking or taking other oral medicinal products. 
If a dose is missed, the missed dose should be skipped and the next dose should be taken the following day.
Caution & Warnings:
It is not indicated for use with Type-1 diabetes
Rybelsus should not be used during pregnancy.
If a patient wishes to become pregnant, or pregnancy occurs, Rybelsus should be discontinued. Rybelsus should be discontinued at least 2 months before a planned pregnancy due to the long half-life.
Rybelsus should not be used during breast-feeding
Please inform your doctor if you have a history of pancreatitis

Improving your blood sugar is a very important part of managing your type 2 diabetes. RYBELSUS®, along with healthy eating and staying active, may help.
You'll start with a 3 mg dose of RYBELSUS® for 30 days. Your healthcare provider will prescribe a 7 mg dose to take after the first 30 days.

START ON 3 mg
The beginning dose is 3 mg for the first 30 days. This will give your body a chance to get used to the medicine.
STAY ON 7 mg
When you finish all of the 3 mg pills, start your 7 mg prescription.
Remember to pick up your 7 mg prescription from your pharmacy.

Your healthcare provider prescribed a 7 mg dose to help lower blood sugar
If more blood sugar control is needed after at least 30 days on the 7 mg dose, your healthcare provider may prescribe the 14 mg dose
Common side effects of RYBELSUS®
There are possible side effects when taking RYBELSUS®. Always talk to your healthcare provider right away about any side effect that bothers you or doesn't go away.
The most common side effects of RYBELSUS® may include:
Nausea
Stomach (abdominal) pain
Diarrhea
Decreased appetite
Vomiting
Constipation

إرشادات الاستخدام:
Rybelsus عبارة عن قرص للاستخدام مرة واحدة يوميًا.
يجب تناول هذا المنتج الدوائي على معدة فارغة في أي وقت من اليوم. (من الناحية المثالية عند المشي مباشرة في الصباح).
يجب ابتلاعها كاملة مع رشفة من الماء (حتى نصف كوب من الماء). لا ينبغي تقسيم الأقراص أو سحقها أو مضغها ، حيث لا يُعرف ما إذا كان هذا يؤثر على امتصاص Rybelsus.
يجب على المرضى الانتظار 30 دقيقة على الأقل قبل الأكل أو الشرب أو تناول المنتجات الطبية الأخرى عن طريق الفم.
إذا تم تفويت جرعة، يجب تخطي الجرعة الفائتة ويجب تناول الجرعة التالية في اليوم التالي.
التحذيرات والاحتياطات:
لا يُنصح باستخدامه مع مرض السكري من النوع الأول.
لا ينبغي استخدام Rybelsus أثناء الحمل.
إذا رغب المريض في الحمل، أو حدث الحمل، يجب التوقف عن Rybelsus. يجب إيقاف Rybelsus قبل شهرين على الأقل من الحمل المخطط له بسبب عمر النصف الطويل.
لا ينبغي استخدام Rybelsus أثناء الرضاعة الطبيعية.
يرجى إبلاغ طبيبك إذا كان لديك تاريخ من التهاب البنكرياس.
