Evening Primrose Oil 1000mg Capsules contain Evening Primrose Oil (EPO), which is a rich natural source of Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA). This nutrient (GLA) is essential for the production of Prostaglandins. Prostaglandins help keep the body's metabolism running smoothly and efficiently. EPO from HealthAid®, with added Vitamin E, is cold-pressed and hermetically sealed in a soft capsule to maintain freshness and purity.  
Directions for Use:
Adults and children over 6 years of age, one capsule daily. Adults can increase up to four capsules daily if required. For children, capsules can also be pierced, and the contents taken orally or rubbed onto the skin. Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.
