Chorionic Gonadotrophin 5000 I.U injection
What Chorionic Gonadotrophin isused for
Chorionic Gonadotrophin, alsoknown as Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), is used to treat certain types ofinfertility in women, to increase sperm production in men, and treatun-descended testicle in young boys.
Do not take ChorionicGonadotrophin
·If you’re allergic to theactive substances or any other component of this medicine.
·If you’ve had an earlypuberty (precocious puberty).
·If you have cancer or atumor in the prostate.
·If you have a sex hormonerelated cancer or tumor (ovaries, uterus, breast, testicles…).
·If you have primary ovarianfailure (your ovaries no longer make eggs).
·If you have malformationsof sexual organs incompatible with pregnancy.
·If you have enlargedovaries or ovarian cysts.
·If you have abnormalvaginal bleeding.
·If you are pregnant orbreast-feeding.
·If you are a postmenopausalwoman.
Warnings and precautions
Talk to your doctor about allyour medical conditions before taking this drug including:
·Cardiac problems
·Renal problems
·Problems with your adrenal or pituitary gland
·Migraines
·Seizures and epilepsy
·Asthma
·Blood clot problems
Using this medicine increases therisk of developing Ovarian Hyperstimulation Syndrome (OHSS), a condition whereovaries get enlarged.
Pregnancy outside the womb(ectopic pregnancy) might occur with this medicine.
If you have or previously hadblood clot problems or have family members with these problems, you have ahigher risk of having them while taking this medicine.
Taking this medicine may raise thechance of getting pregnant with more than one baby at the same time.
Miscarriage might occur when thismedicine is used for pregnancy.
Possible side effects
Stop using this product and seekimmediate medical help if you develop rash; hives; blisters; itching; wheezing;tightness in the chest or throat; trouble breathing, swallowing, or talking; orswelling of the mouth, face, lips, tongue, or throat.

How to take ChorionicGonadotrophin
·This medicine is intendedfor adult use only.
·This medicine should beused under the supervision of an expert doctor.
·Itis given as a shot in the muscle (intramuscular injection).
·In women, the usualdosing is 5,000 to 10,000 Units one day following the previous treatment withmenotropins. Take exactly as indicated by your doctor.
·In men, theinjections are typically given 3 times per week lasting for a few weeks. Takeexactly as indicated by your doctor.
How to store ChorionicGonadotrophin
·Store at room temperature15–30°C (59–86°F).
·Reconstituted solution isstable for 60 days when refrigerated.
·Keep this medicine out ofreach of children.
·Do not use this medicineafter the expiry date stated on the package. The expiry date refers to the lastday of that month.

كوريمون 5,000 I.U حقنة
لماذا تستخدم كوريمون:
تُستخدم كوريمون لمساعدة النساء على الحمل عبر تحفيز. الإباضة، تُستخدم لمساعدة الجسم على إفراز المزيد من التستوستيرون لزيادة إنتاج الحيوانات المنوية لدى الرجال، و احياناً تُستخدم لعلاج التأخر في النمو الطبيعي للذكور (الخصية المعلقة لدى الأطفال).
لا تأخذ كوريمون:
· إذا كان لديك حساسية من المواد الفعالة أو أي من المكونات الأخرى لهذا الدواء.
· إذ توقف المبيضان عن إنتاج البويضات (فشل مبيضي أوليّ).
· إذا كنت تعاني من سرطان البروستاتا.
· إذا كنت قد عانيت من قبل من سرطان ينمو بفعل الهرمونات (الثدي، الرحم، المبيض).
· إذا كان لديك تضخم المبايض أو أكياس المبيض.
· إذا كنت تعانين من أورام في الأعضاء الأنثوية.
· إذا كنت تعانين من نزيف مهبلي غير طبيعي.
· إذا كنت تعانين من تشوهات في الأعضاء التناسلية لا تتوافق مع الحمل.
· إذا كنت حاملاً أو مرضعة.
· إذا كنتِ امرأة في سن اليأس.
المحاذير والإحتياطات:
أخبر طبيبك عن جميع حالاتك الصحية ، بما في ذلك ، إذا كان لديك:
· مشاكل القلب
· مشاكل الكلى
· مشاكل في الغدة الكظرية أو الغدة النخامية
· صداع نصفي
· النوبات والصرع
· الربو
· تخثر الدم أو جلطات دموية
قد يزيد هذا العقار من احتمالية حدوث تضخم المبيضين (متلازمة فرط تحفيز المبيض) قد يؤدي الى مشاكل خطيرة.
قد يزيد هذا العقار من فرص الحمل في أكثر من جنين.
قد يحدث إجهاض عند استخدام هذا الدواء للحمل.
قد يحدث حمل خارج الرحم مع استخدام هذا العقار.
إذا كنت تعانين من مشاكل تخثر الدم أو جلطات دموية أو عانيت منها من قبل أو كان لديك أفراد من العائلة يعانون من هذه المشاكل ، فقد يزيد هذا العقار من احتمالية حدوثها.
الآثار الجانبية المحتملة:
توقف عن استخدام هذا المنتج واطلب العناية الطبية الفورية إذا أصبت بطفح جلدي ؛ حكة؛ جلد أحمر أو متقرح أو مقشر؛ ضيق في الصدر أو الحلق؛ صعوبة في التنفس أو البلع أو التحدث ؛ بحة غير عادية أو انتفاخ الفم أو الوجه أو الشفتين أو اللسان أو الحلق. التردد الذي تحدث به هذه الآثار الجانبية غير معروف.

أدوية أخرى و كوريمون:
أخبر طبيبك عن جميع الأدوية التي تتناولها. لم يتم الإبلاغ عن أي تفاعلات طبية مهمة مع هذا الدواء.
كيف تأخذ كوريمون:
· ان هذا العقار مخصص للبالغين فقط.
· يُعطى هذا الدواء على شكل حقنة في عضلة.
· عند النساء ، تتراوح الجرعات المعتادة من 5000 إلى 10000 وحدة في اليوم التالي للعلاج السابق بمينوتروبين. خذيه بالضبط كما أوضح طبيبك.
· عند الرجال ، يتم إعطاء الحقن عادةً 3 مرات في الأسبوع و تستمر لبضعة أسابيع. خذ بالضبط كما أوضح طبيبك.
كيفية تخزين كوريمون:
· احفظ بعيدًا عن الضوء.
· بعد حل الحقنة، يكون مستقرًا لمدة 60 يومًا عند تبريده.
