Overview For a child with a cold, a mom or dad’s loving touch can make all the difference. Generation after generation, many parents have relied on the Vicks® VapoRub family of products to relieve and comfort their little ones' cold symptoms. Recommended Consumption Adults and children 2 years and over: Rub a thick layer on chest and throat or rub on sore, aching muscles. Cover with a warm, dry cloth if desired. Keep clothing loose about throat/chest to help vapors reach the nose/mouth. Repeat up to three times per 24 hours or as directed by doctor. Children under 2 years: Do not use.

Rub on method: Always use at first sign of a cold to get maximum benefit. Adults: Rub liberally onto chest, throat and back. Cover whole area for maximum effect. Leave nightclothes loose to allow vapours to be inhaled easily. Children and Babies (Over 6 months). Gently help to rub away the symptoms of your child`s cold with your tender touch. Apply lightly to chest and back. Leave cloths loose for easy inhalation. This product can be used with other medicines.
