Compoziție
O capsula Broncho - Vaxom Adulti contine liofilizat deh lizate bacteriene de Haemophilus influenzae, Diptococcus pneumoniae, Klebsielfa pneumoniae si ozaenae, Slaphytococcus aurcus, Streptococcus pyogenes si viridans, Neisseria catanhalis 7 mg si excipienti amidon pregelatinizat, stearat de magneziu, galat de propil anhidru, giutamatde sodiu, manitol, gelatina, indigotina (E132), dioxid detitan (E171) - pentru o capsula.
Contraindicații
Hipersensibilitate cunoscuta la oricare dintre componentii Broncho-Vaxom.
Administrare
Va rugam sa respectati instructiunile de dozare indicate in prospect sau prescrise de catre medicul dumneavoastra. Daca vi se pare ca eficacitatea medicamentului este prea scazuta sau, din contra, prea crescuta, va rugam sa va adresati medicului dumneavoastra sau farmacistului. Adulti Tratament preventiv si/sau de consolidare Doza recomandata este de 1 capsula Broncho-Vaxom Adulti zilnic timp de 10 zile consecutive, timp de 3 luni. Doza recomandata este de 1 capsula Broncho-Vaxom Adulti zilnic, pe stomacul gol, pana la disparitia simptomelor (dar cel putin 10 zile). Daca este prescris si un antibiotic, Broncho- Vaxom poate fi asociat de la inceputul tratamentului. Copii intre 6 tuni -12 ani: Se recomanda aceeasi schema de tratament ca la adulti, utilizand 1 capsula Broncho - Vaxom Copii sau 1 plic Broncho - viaxom Copii Ce contin jumatate din doza recomandata la adulti. Nota: in cazul in care copilul nu poate inghiti capsula, aceasta poate fi desfacuta si continutul poate fi varsat intr-o lingurita cu lichid (apa, suc de fructe, lapte, ceai), in aceasta situatie, este mai convenabil sa se utilizeze forma farmaceutica ambalata in plic, mai bine adaptata acestei utilizari. Short description
Immunostimulating. Prevention of recurrent, complex treatment of acute respiratory infections and exacerbations of chronic bronchitis. 1 caps. daily in the morning on an empty stomach until symptoms disappear, but not less than 10 days.
Pharmachologic effect
 
Immunostimulating drug of bacterial origin. It provokes an immune response of the mucous membrane of the digestive tract. Especially the effect is manifested in Peyer's plaques (PB) of the small intestine. Antigen-presenting cells (APCs) in PB are activated by the drug and subsequently stimulate the cells responsible for specific immunity.
When using the drug, an increase in the number of circulating B-lymphocytes is observed. After stimulation of B-lymphocytes, there is an increase in the production of polyclonal antibodies, especially serum IgG and IgA, secreted by the mucous membrane of the respiratory tract and saliva. These antibodies are the first line of defense against a number of infectious agents (viruses and bacteria).
The drug has a powerful stimulating effect on most types of leukocytes, as evidenced by an increase in the number of cells of the myeloid and lymphoid series, as well as a selective increase in the expression of receptors on their surface.
Together, these data confirm that the drug triggers biological reactions that enhance the body's immune defense against infection.
Clinically, Broncho-Vaxom ® adult reduces the incidence of acute respiratory infections, reduces the duration of their course, reduces the likelihood of exacerbation of chronic bronchitis, and also increases the body's resistance to infections of the respiratory system. This reduces the need for other drugs, especially antibiotics.
Indications
 
Adults and children 12 years of age and older:
- prevention of recurrent respiratory tract infections and exacerbations of chronic bronchitis;
- treatment of acute respiratory tract infections (as part of complex therapy).
Dosage and administration
Broncho-Vaxom ® adult is prescribed for adults and children aged 12 years and older .
For the treatment of acute and exacerbation of chronic respiratory tract infections: 1 capsule of Broncho-Vaxom ® adult daily in the morning on an empty stomach until symptoms disappear, but not less than 10 days. When the need for antibiotic Broncho-Vaxom ® adult should be taken in conjunction with antibiotic treatment begins.
The duration of treatment should be determined by the doctor based on the patient’s health status.
In order to prevent exacerbations and maintenance therapy: 1 capsule drug Broncho-Vaks ® adult daily in the morning on an empty stomach. The course includes 3 cycles, each of which consists of daily intake of 1 capsule for 10 days, the interval between cycles is 20 days.
If the capsule is difficult to swallow, open it and mix the contents with a drink (water, fruit juice, milk).
